DreamHack, ASUS ROG, ROCCAT, TV6 and The GD Studio are proud and happy to announce the first real season of ASUS ROG DreamLeague. Our goal is to create the most prestigious Dota 2 League in the World, starting with $100,000 in prizes but also giving the community the opportunity to extend the prize pool when buying the ASUS ROG DreamLeague Compendium!

The first season of ASUS ROG DreamLeague is just around the corner, starting the 3rd of March 2014, live from DreamHack’s brand new TV-studio in Stockholm, Sweden. The New Season will feature League Matches and Live Broadcasts every Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday the upcoming weeks and in June at DreamHack Summer 2014 we’ll crown a new ASUS ROG DreamLeague Champion in front of an massive live audience.

The League Format

ASUS ROG DreamLeague Season 1 will feature 12 of the World’s best teams from Europe and North America, a prize pool of $100,000 and Grand Finals at DreamHack Summer 2014 – the World’s largest computer festival in Jönköping, Sweden.

The season will be played over 9 weeks and all the 84 league matches will be broadcasted from the new DreamHack TV6 Studio in Stockholm. All the teams will face each other once, and within the Division the teams will face each other one additional time. The Top 6 teams in the League Standings will move on to the LAN Playoffs at DreamHack Summer 2014. The last team in each division will have to re-qualify to the league for Season 2.
